Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Reflyp website and all commercial dealings relating to the sourcing, sale, supply, handling, logistics, warranty support, and documentation of pre used or used smartphones in B2B trade.

1. Eligibility

Reflyp provides services primarily to business users including retailers, wholesalers, resellers, distributors, bulk buyers, and other commercial entities. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant business.

2. Product Nature

Devices offered through Reflyp may include pre used, used, pre-owned, open-box, or trade-in sourced smartphones. Product condition is governed by our grading framework and any batch-specific commercial communication issued at the time of quotation or sale.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Product availability, pricing, grade mix, taxes, and logistics charges may vary until order confirmation. Orders are treated as accepted only when acknowledged by Reflyp and subject to payment, stock availability, and compliance review.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, pricing is exclusive of applicable GST, shipping, insurance, and handling. Buyers are responsible for timely payment in accordance with agreed commercial terms. Delayed payment may result in dispatch hold, cancellation, credit restrictions, or recovery action.

5. Inspection and Claims

Buyers must inspect deliveries promptly on receipt. Any shortage, transit damage, grade mismatch, or functional issue must be reported within the timelines specified in the applicable policy or invoice terms, along with supporting evidence and shipment details.

6. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All website content, branding, graphics, text, logos, and commercial materials are owned by or licensed to Reflyp. Users may not copy, modify, republish, scrape, or distribute website content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflyp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of market opportunity, customer claims, or business interruption arising from use of the website or B2B transactions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension and Refusal

Reflyp reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access, quotations, shipments, or account engagement where fraud risk, compliance concern, abusive conduct, non-payment, or material misrepresentation is identified.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or B2B dealings with Reflyp.
